 A. restore program, using Casper cloned drives ...
    1. This is the basic restore program after getting infected.
    2. Note date and time of infection jot it down.
    3. cut Internet, cut radio, jetpack
    4. insert the last Casper bu and boot
    5. stop Iron Mountain/Connected bu's
    6. re Avira, avoid problems w/ pctools ...
       a) This avoids false positives during the xcopy.
       b) Disable the Guard.  Right click and uncheck Enable.  Avira
          must remain disabled for the whole run to avoid problems
          with PCTOOLS.
       c) check the quarantine if necessary
